    Curamus is a registered NDIS provider offering disability support services throughout the Gippsland, Cardinia, and Pakenham regions of Victoria, Australia. Our services include:

    • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
    • In-Home Support
    • Community Access and Participation
    • Support Coordination
    • Personal Care
    • Transport Services

    Services are provided in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and applicable legislation.

    3. Eligibility

    Our services are available to NDIS participants with approved funding for the relevant support categories. Non-NDIS services may be available on a fee-for-service basis. We reserve the right to assess eligibility and suitability for our services.

    4. User Responsibilities

    When using our website or services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Treat our staff and other participants with respect
    • Communicate any changes to your circumstances or needs
    • Comply with service agreements and support plans

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Curamus or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curamus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
